Marketing and Business Development Manager

Responsible for leading all marketing and business development efforts for the hospital as well as affiliated clinics and physicians/providers. Efforts include advertising, relationship management, public relations, social media, reputation management, community outreach, internal communications, and associated requisites. Also charged with management of marketing agency, vendors, and staff. Reports directly to CEO and functions as part of Senior Leadership team, therefore responsible for annual marketing budget and ROI reporting.

Reported directly to President and CEO. Responsible for marketing organization and programming for members. Duties include targeted marketing campaigns, branding, member surveys/research, social media, design, website development/maintenance, public relations, email marketing and database management. Intern and staff supervision as needed. Also responsible for planning networking programs for members to positively impact their operational environment and knowledge necessary to remain prosperous.

Pensacola Downtown Improvement Board
Assistant Executive Director

Led a broad spectrum of downtown revitalization and economic development efforts including marketing of downtown, marketing agency over-site, economic development efforts, business recruitment, volunteer/intern supervision, marketing research, event planning, and public relations. An additional critical component of position was relationship development /management with local politicians and business owners. Direct report to the Executive Director.

University of West Florida, Recreation & Sports Services
Assistant Marketing Coordinator

Responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities. Conceptualize and create marketing materials, manage specific projects, and ensure messages are consistent within the Recreation and Sports Services department and consistent with the University as a whole.

Hired to market and increase participation of Outdoor Adventure Program offerings. Additionally responsible for managing a variety of student-development efforts, leadership initiatives, and team-building courses. Managed 20 undergraduate staff for ropes course, climbing wall, programs, and events. Beach Lifeguard

Number one responsibility to “watch the water” and those in it. Additional responsibilities included patrolling the beach and ocean areas from an assigned lifeguard tower, patrol vehicle or vessel and perform rescue and accident prevention activities at the beach in an open water environment. Further responsibilities included providing technical direction to lifeguard trainees in an assigned beach area and perform special division activities, such as dispatching, office coordinator, and instructing in lifeguarding techniques. Additional, the position expected education and instruction to the public on beach, water, and other public safety matters
